The place was really clean and the staff at the reception desk were super friendly. I loved taking the shuttle to the city and the English breakfast here was great! 🚐🍳

Rooms very clean and equipped according to the upscale hotel category. Rich cold and warm breakfast buffet, also vegetarian, lactose- and gluten-free options. The staff is very friendly and courteous throughout, often multilingual. The hotel management personally took care of a small technical problem in the bathroom quickly, successfully and very friendly.
Those who travel by public transport will have to accept a 20 minutes drive to the centre of Palma with the city bus lines. Not really a negative point for the hotel, and it was perfectly ok for us (we had holiday and time ;)). The hotel is also located on a hill, so you should at least be able to get around reasonably well on foot if you don't use only a car/rental car or taxi.

Friendly, helpful staff. Pretty interior. Nice pool. Great location - a very pleasant 10-15 min walk to the beach. Had a great room with a terrace overlooking the beautiful swimming pool. Really enjoyed our anniversary weekend get-away there.

The best thing is the treatment of the staff, both reception and cleaning (we are clumsy and we were locked up in the bathroom up to 2 times and they came to rescue us quickly). The hotel is far from the center (referenced to the cathedral) Although the bus stop is 3 minutes from the hotel and passes often and at a price of 1.50 euros. There is also the option of a taxi, but it is much more expensive. We spent a weekend in a 3-bedroom room with a balcony. Perfectly clean, 10. Very quiet area. We had no problem parking in the area, but it was in the low season, early March. The girls at the reception were very nice and always willing to help you with everything. About the breakfast I can't say anything, since we chose to enjoy it in the city.
To say the least, a remodeled hotel but good. Access is through a one-way road of about 100 meters (could be cumbersome in high season, we had no problem, in fact we almost always park in front of the hotel)

The breakfasts here are more than adequate, especially for vegetarians, and I truly enjoyed it at this central location situated in a cul de sac at the top of a hill.

I booked new-fashioned and nicely equipped room with harbour view, fresh towels and a double bed. The location was MARVELLOUS and favourable, right by the amazing artwork of Joan Mirò, and the centre of Palma. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Cala del Guix.
The room had not very nice views.

The breakfast was not included in the overnight stay price and would have cost 36 € additionally for three persons per day. Therefore we did not take it. The beds get a plus point, they were comfortable.
room did not offer enough space for three people, it only had room for three beds. there were still many small defects, like the light switches at the bed, are located just behind the pillows. during the night it happened that several times, light switch was accidentally activated. moreover, there was not a single clothes hook in the room, there was also no possibility to hang up the wet towels from the bath. as in october, bathing clothes need a longer time to dry and we only had the chair backs at our disposal, we had to go to the beach with half-wet clothes. A small drying rack would be good ..!. That you have to expect such a view from your guests on vacation ... - I have no understanding for that. The pictures on the website are very beautiful and promising, but they do not correspond to reality.
